Brown University will be having info sessions this fall for their MAT program.  See below for the blurb about their program.

Greetings from the Brown Master of Arts in Teaching Program,
LEARN. TEACH. LEAD. Join the next generation of teacher leaders through the MAT program at Brown University.We offer an innovative one-year master’s program in elementary education or secondary education in the following fields: English, history/social studies, or science (biology, chemistry, engineering/physics).
We would like to extend a warm invitation for you to attend one of our upcoming information sessions. The information session includes a presentation as well as an opportunity to meet the MAT faculty directors and current students, and to better understand the unique aspects of our program. Learn more about what happens during the MAT year: the range of student teaching placements, rigorous and engaging coursework, the Teacher Research Project, and becoming a reflective practitioner.

Information Session Dates:
Monday, October 21, 11am-1pm (RSVP by October 15th)
Saturday, December 7, 11am-1pm (RSVP by December 3rd)

Location: Education Department, Barus Building, 340 Brook Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room
